What to Do in Case of a Breakdown

1. ‍Move to Safety: If possible, pull over to a safe location away from traffic, and turn on your hazard lights.‍
2. Contact Us Immediately: Call our 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance line on 0800 837 627.‍
3. Provide Details: Be ready to share your name, location, vehicle details (number plate, make/model), and a brief description of the issue.‍
4. Stay with Your Vehicle: Remain with your car unless it is unsafe to do so. Our team will give you further instructions and an estimated arrival time for assistance.
5. Capture images or videos: Take photographs or videos capturing details that show the overall layout of the scene. Include pictures or videos of the vehicles’ licence plates, any visible injuries, road conditions, traffic signs, and any relevant surroundings.

• Dead batteries and jump starts
