Our Process
1. Check Return Location
Confirm the address and hours of the designated drop-off location as stated in your rental agreement.
2. Refuel the Vehicle
Refill the fuel tank to the full mark to avoid extra charges. Keep the receipt as proof if required.
3. Remove Personal Items
Double-check the car for any personal belongings, including the glove box, boot, and under the seats.
4. Inspect the Vehicle
Check for any new damage. Take photos for your records if possible.
5. Return Keys and Paperwork
Hand over the keys, rental agreement, and any other materials to the rental office or use the drop box if after hours.
6. Transport
If required, please inform our staff members if you require a shuttle from the drop-off location.

- Proceed directly to the designated drop off zonespecified in your confirmation email.
- Your booking details will include the parking lotsthat are available to park your car.
- Follow the drop off instructions provided inyour booking confirmation to lock your vehicle and return the key.
- If you choose to return your vehicle to ourHamilton City branch and have arranged a complimentary shuttle to HamiltonAirport, a member of our team will take you there.

- Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 0830 to 1630 and Saturday 0830 to 1200.

- Returning a vehicle after hours: Pleaseuse the drop box to return the keys of your vehicle or the lock box.
